The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 gained Royal Ascent on 26th July this year, representing the culmination of over 10 years of work and will come into force across the whole of Great Britain on 6th April 2008.
This seminar will explain the requirements of the Act and give practical steps for companies to take.

Speaker
The session will be presented by Louise Ward, Health & Safety Adviser for EEF who was actively involved in the development of the Act. There will also be a speaker from the Health & Safety Executive to explain the new HSC / IoD Guide & it's significance.
